Stop one : Peace Nagar

Peace Nagar is a powerful sculpture symbolizing Cambodia's resilience and journey toward peace after three decades of war. Located in Battambang, it serves as a memorial for rebuilding the community. We will spend about 45 minutes here, where our guide will share a brief history of Battambang in the 1990s and the story behind this meaningful sculpture.

Stop two : White Elephant Pagoda

White Elephant Pagoda, built in the early 20th century during Thai colonial rule, showcases a unique blend of Thai, Western, and Khmer art, creating a distinct regional style. We’ll spend about 45 minutes exploring the pagoda, taking in its beautiful decorations and dedications. Our guide will highlight the different art styles that make this pagoda stand out from others in Cambodia.

Stop three : Battambang Street Arts

Battambang is a vibrant center of art and culture, hosting two annual festivals that promote tourism. After visiting White Elephant Pagoda, we’ll stroll through the art street, a must-see attraction. Here, you'll discover stunning murals on colonial buildings. Our guide will share the stories behind each painting and the significance of this artistic street.

Stop four : Colonial Market

After exploring the art street, we’ll spend 30 minutes visiting the Nat Market, a prime example of Indochina's colonial architecture in Cambodia. As we walk through, you’ll learn about the unique architectural features and discover why these colonial buildings are considered a significant part of Cambodia's legacy.
