  • Day One: Arrival & Immersive Phnom Penh ExperienceWelcome to Cambodia! Our team will greet you upon arrival and transfer you to your accommodation for a well-deserved rest. After freshening up, we begin exploring Phnom Penh–Cambodia’s dynamic capital–with an emphasis on meaningful engagement with the city's history and people. If time permits, we’ll visit the Royal Palace before embarking on a scenic sunset cruise along the Mekong River, gaining insight into the lives that depend on this mighty waterway. We then end the day with a traditional welcome dinner of authentic Khmer cuisine.
  • Day Two: Understanding Cambodia’s History & ResilienceThis day focuses on Cambodia’s history and its effects on society today. We visit the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek and the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) to understand the Khmer Rouge era and its lasting impact. After a reflective morning, we enjoy a Khmer-style lunch before visiting a Buddhist pagoda, where we engage with monks and learn about Buddhism’s role in Cambodia’s healing and resilience. The evening is free for personal exploration.
  • Day Three: Journey to Battambang & Local Art SceneAfter breakfast, we head north to Battambang, a city known for its rich artistic heritage. [Estimated transfer length of time or distance. Eg Approx 4 hours (or) Approx 300 km.] Upon arrival, we check into our guesthouse before exploring its thriving arts scene. We have the opportunity to visit independent galleries that showcase contemporary Cambodian art. We wrap up the day by attending the awe-inspiring Phare Circus, an initiative empowering local youth through performance and storytelling.
  • Day Four: Cultural Immersion & Rural ExplorationWe start the day with a guided bike ride through Battambang’s rural villages, where we engage with locals, witness traditional livelihoods, and see community-driven projects firsthand. Along the way, we explore small-scale farming, traditional cooking methods, and handicraft-making. A highlight of the day is a ride on the Bamboo Train, a once-vital mode of transportation. In the evening, ascend Sampov Mountain for a mesmerizing view of millions of bats emerging at sunset.
  • Day Five: Transfer to Siem Reap & Urban ExplorationAfter breakfast, we traveled to Siem Reap, the gateway to the temples of Angkor. [Estimated transfer length of time or distance.] Upon arrival, we check into our boutique accommodation before exploring Siem Reap’s innovative social enterprises, artisan markets, and cultural hubs. In the evening, indulge on  a guided food tour featuring street food, traditional dishes, and an introduction to Cambodia’s culinary heritage.
  • Day Six: Cycling Through Siem Reap’s Countryside & Community InitiativesEscape the city on a cycling adventure through Siem Reap’s countryside, visiting sustainable tourism initiatives along the way. Stops include bustling markets, handicraft workshops, community-led education projects, and organic farms, where locals share their experiences. After a meaningful morning, return for some relaxation before an evening of exploring the night markets and cultural performances.
  • Day Seven: Sunrise at Angkor Wat & Cultural Deep DiveWitness a breathtaking sunrise at Angkor Wat, followed by an in-depth exploration of the Angkor complex. Our journey takes us beyond the well-trodden paths to discover hidden temples, royal palace ruins, and spiritual sites. A picnic breakfast will be served within the temple grounds. After a full day of temple exploration, return to our accommodation for rest or optional evening activities.
  • Day Eight: Phnom Kulen National Park & ReflectionOn our final adventure, we travel to Phnom Kulen National Park to discover ancient riverbed carvings, sacred sites, and breathtaking waterfalls. Take a refreshing swim before enjoying a traditional lunch in a scenic setting. As we conclude our journey, we reflect on the meaningful connections made and the positive impact of responsible travel.
